Pretty nice! Impressive to make a 3d game in this short amount of time, well done!
Just a really minor suggestion: the player moves a bit too slow from one lany to the other, I think it would be better to make the player almost instantly switch the lane and then also to make the forward movement a bit faster. But again, I wouldn't expect a 3h game to be perfectly balanced :)
