Ha, I love that you had to add the disclaimer about shooting pumpkins doing nothing, because it was definitely my first instinct as well. Combat's pretty intense. I think "time remaining" or similar UI would go a long way.
Poor pumpkins... Right, that sounds like a pretty good idea, maybe a "waves survived" or "waves left" would be nice as well! Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
