This game was super amazing! The fact that it was completed in 10 days is unreal. Amazing 8 bit art and graphic designs with great music and clean audio. The gameplay was smooth and I like the feel of the movement. The boss mechanics were an interesting concept but I feel as though the Squid is a bit unfair. The genre of Foddian style games are very difficult and frustrating yes but when playing the big 3 (Jump King, Pogostuck, and GOI) you always feel as though your lack of progress is because of your lack of skill and understanding of the mechanics. I feel like the first and last bosses are fair and great design (apart from a visual glitch where the hitbox of the frog tongue persisted past the visual i saw on my screen) however the squid boss has too many disadvantages for the player and I felt like despite fully understanding the mechanics and level design, I was left feeling helpless and that I had to either wait for cycles (which is generally not good for Foddian games especially ones that are speedran) or i had to W key my way thru the bullets and hope for good RNG of the first bullets the squid fired. Other than a few design flaws and unfairness though I genuinely think this will be one of the top submissions in the competition so good job. You made an amazing game and I think I might be a little harsh but thats my honest take from a man who plays Foddian games all the time.
