So glad you found a lot to like in the story! I'm definitely impressed with the games like yours that nailed the two themes!

I like that you have the option in the game of persistently pulling up that final baobab, even though it certainly makes going for a high "score" much too easy. I'd like to add other features after the jam ends so that it feels like there are other similar options. For instance, I wanted to add another tracker that would let you know how many sunsets you had seen while on the asteroid (by checking if the sun is in a "setting" position relative to yours). If I do put that in, it could also technically be "broken" because you could just keep walking around at approximately the speed of the sun so that its always in "sunset" position, thus getting tons of sunsets! It might be a nice interplay between doing something enjoyable for yourself (watching sunsets) vs. doing your "duty" to the asteroid (pulling up planks).

That's a really good point of letting people aim for a high score, if that's what they want to do, or enjoying the sunsets, essentially letting them define their own goals. I hadn't thought about that. I could see the constantly pulling of the last baobab as a final stand, trying to save the Asteroid! That's really good storytelling baked into the mechanics! I love the sunset idea too :)
