What is the genre this game? It seems like either an RPG or an adult minigame but not both simultaneously. Not sure which you were intending it to be.

Hello MarloewC!
Thanks for your comment! Our game is mainly an adult NSFW fetish game, but not fully, focusing on hypnosis and transformation while still featuring classis rpg elements like thoughtfully designed Maps, npc interaction, dialogue and more.
That makes Timberwoods overall a NSFW adult fetish rpg. Which doesn't mean that its exactly that all the time in the story. Being able to switch between different atmospheres and settings creates the kind of variation we love and enjoy. This characteristic makes our game, in our opinion, unique and interesting. It might be a different approach but that's what we are trying to achieve.
I hope this answer helped you understand our point of view better.
Please keep in mind that this is our very first game and its still under development. We are no professional programmer, writer or artists.
An open world and complete freedom of choice are not necessarily characteristics from a RPG and is really difficult to script in rpg maker. That's why it may seem rather linear. Many other RPGs are really linear and offer little to no freedom, but they are still RPGs since you role play in the game as a specific Character. Please don't underestimate the difficulty of developing such a game, especially as a beginner.
The current game length to complete everything is roughly 90 to 120 min. In our opinion thats not that short for a 0.11 version
This is basically our style we would like to continue.
I hope thats understandable.
More content will be added. This is merely the beginning of Tibos journey.
Thanks for your reply!
I am really sorry you feel that way because I really tried to understand your points, but I sometimes was really unsure what you were trying to say.
That's why I tried to cover as many points as possible on how I understood your comment. Please also note that I am not an native English speaker therefore errors and misunderstandings might happen, with proper communication this is easily avoidable. That also why I really deplore that you are not interested in talking to me any more since we highly value every persons feedback.
That's why I've gone into detail with my answerers for you. I also never meant to sound "accusatory" in any way nor do I think I was accusatory with my answer. I was simply pointing out some things that are easily missed. Since we don't know each other its really hard to estimate the others Persons opinion, experience, etc. without communicating properly. If you think the way I was pointing out the difficulties and that it is our first game while using the word "Please" was written in a "accusatory" tone I am really sorry, but that is not the case at all.
I simply tried to explain why our game is (in our opinion) both an RPG and an adult NSFW "minigame", but I might have been not clear enough.
How you decide to handle this situation is on you. I am always open to talk about these things and always try to understand my interlocutor
Despite our comprehension problems I still wishing you all the best.
