[Minor] Build 0.0.3.2c
- Switched gamepad intro controls (btn1 was ctrl (skip) and btn2 was space (fast forward). I was told that gamepad users are used to using btn1 for advancement through the intro, not skipping it... that would explain "the bug" that was being reported with intro skipping pages when "fast forward" was pressed (apparently they pressed the wrong button without reading the quick starter guide)... which is what it is supposed to do when you press skip. I hope this put's the end to that story now.)
