this game has been developed for more than 3 years and it's only about 50-60% of completion. I'm glad I pulled out patreon support 5 months ago. It's yandere simulator all over again.

First, thank you for your support. Second, people are working two jobs to sustain the development. Most indie projects can't sustain a TEAM. Rent, food, bills, it adds up. Perhaps after you get an idea of how much cost a sizable project requires, you would have a different opinion.
I can't speak for the yandere guy, but most devs lack experience, resources, or both. Time and the spirit of trial and error are the only resources left.

you probably don't, and will never, understand. programming for an indie developer is beyond difficult. You have to get the images made, you have to think up new species, you have to code alone. being a piece of shit isn't helping anyone
