I don't get how seducing a 'lesbian' is attractive to anyone and if I was a lesbian I would be pretty offended by it
I'm pretty sure it's clear by this point that she's not really a lesbian.

I understand your point, but maybe the character is a pansexual or bisexual, who knows
It's made pretty clear that while she was with a girl at the start of the story she was still curious about having a straight relationship and had just never explored that option
