Pros:
- Nicely drawn intro to introduce the premise
- Clean cute models and general design to the environments
- Good implementation of leaderboards which replace your entry if you do better instead of simply adding a dupe
Cons:
- Fullscreen by default and no option to change
- Ending of the level only by getting caught even if you've eaten every person available, have to go through intro after each level
- Music doesn't loop and the laser sound effect sometimes doesn't trigger
Here & There:
The concept seems so simple that it would be boring, but it was a nice, short game which felt pretty good to play. The music and style are clean and cute though there are little issues around the edges. Theme adherence seems to work but most people won't be aware of your previous game, so making it a bigger part of this game somehow could have helped to drive home the connection and improvements you made here. I would have played more levels, especially if there were some additions to the loop that kept it fresh like traps, different types of cops, or items to use.
