For context, my game is a roguelike shooter where you play as a goldfish shooting the trash off of sea creatures (the trash somehow makes them aggressive). I definitely over-scoped my game because I'm still working on the enemy and upgrade systems. Once I'm done with those, I'll probably have to create a bunch of enemies and rooms with little time which sucks because I wanted to try creating some cool bosses and upgrades. Overall, though, I think my game is going pretty well especially because this is my first game jam. I'm really proud of the room generation even though it's pretty simple.

For your next jam, Please don't overscope or get feature creep again, It's hard to come up with simple and easy ideas; the other option is learn to change into a 10x developer.
