about weapon "Pain Day, Wet Surprise" it has a 50% chance to make the target wet but i never succesful make the enemy wet since the first time i get that weapon. Is this a bug or just my bad luck?
It was bugged. It was set to reduce the chance to receive the wet status instead of adding it to the attack. I fixed it for the next update.
