Heh, I know righttt? It just fits himmmm-

The moment he did, Sun ran up to his father, practically jumping into his arms as he hugged him tightly

His dad laughed and reached down to pat Virgil on the head.

"You've gotten a lot stronger, son."

“Heh, thank you father, it is good to have you back home! It’s been so long, I’ve missed your stories and tales, and of course you!”

"Aw, I missed you too Sunspot-but I bet your new mother will have lots of stories to tell you while I'm away."

“Well, she has told me stories, and there’s some I like, but your stories are the best, forever and always!”

He laughed, reaching into the carriage to help Sun's stepmom out. Her ginger hair was piled up on top of her head in a bun and her dark eyes looked kind.

He smiled a bit bright, and waved slightly at his step-mother

“Hello, it’s good to see you made it back safely!”

His stepmother smiled kindly, bending down on the walkway and getting on Sun's level to look him in the eye. She always did that-the only stately woman he had ever seen get her skirts dirty.

"You're sweet-I'm glad to see you're alright too, Sun, you must've been lonely...but I have a bit of a surprise for you-"

He smiled for a moment, then tilted his head.

“A surprise? And oh, thank you mother, I do not wish to be rude to you, after all, you’ve been so nice to me, I have no reason to be otherwise!”

(hey just gimme a little while, ima be Gone for a BIT longer -w-)

(Mhm!)

She ruffled his hair, laughing a bit before standing up and smoothing out her skirts, calling to someone in the carriage.

"Edin! Thalia! Come and meet your new brother."

A boy with dirty ginger hair like his mother's came tumbling out of the carriage.

"Hello, Sun!" He didn't exactly yell but he said it loud and suddenly enough to startle Sun. "I'm Edin."

A girl with brown hair but eyes like her mother's jumped down next to Edin, careful not to get any dirt on her pink dress.

"I'm Thalia. Ignore my brother," Thalia whispered to Sun, "he's a beast."
