How could one tell if a game was worked on early? (This is my first jam so I just am a little unsure of the leniency of the rules)
I believe it's an honor thing, unless you upload something that clearly couldn't be made in 3 days or it was uploaded before the jam started. I've seen the latter a couple times in other jams.
