Thank you for the feedback! I'm not sure who GMTK is but since the concept is pretty simple I wouldn't be surprised if someone had made a game that is similar.
You should check him out, "Game Maker's Toolkit" on youtube. He's got a ton of video essays on game design.Your magnet is nicely implemented, it's impressive to see it done so quickly.
