It seems as though you can input the numbers on the left side of the language notebooks onto the panel in the elevator. I'm assuming you have to collect all 10 language notebooks and their numbers to activate the elevator.
ok so i want to get credit too because i kind of found it but, its a watermelon. now what im pretty sure you do is hold it up to marzia? since i dont have the second level you should try it.
