In version 3.14 on windows, I couldn't get the Arachne to knot/oviposition me in our fight. Also, whenever she got me into a grapple stance, she would only repeat nip neck until I broke free.
I know you can get her to oviposition you if you lose the fight and choose to be her eggsack instead of dinner
