I noticed that one of the new shirts, the maroon checkered shirt, equips to the leg slot for some reason.
Both skirts do, so that they go over the underwear (things that do count as pants). Its a quirk of how the system works. --EDIT-- ah, you said shirt, in the current build it says skirt everywhere as far as I can tell, which is correct, it is a skirt
