Logan: Complete the bareshade expansion and road events, go to the bar w/ high bandit morale to see the "clash w/ barrel" event, then stay at your place in town at night and he'll show up eventually. After that reject his advances and grab his hand when he tries leaving in the morning.
Bernard: Watch fireworks w/ him at the fair and accept the confession.
Not only that.. you also need to help him out with work, which is almost available every day when you talk to him, he will then offer you a beer sometime which will trigger the event if you have already seen the clash in the bar.
All you need to do now is visit your house in Bareshade in the evening.. and if it doesn't work, try the next day.

Hmmm... Ok so your Logan is a top in this route, you finished bareshade expansion and country road story, witnessed the clash between logan/barrel, also helped him out with work and the same day you slept 8hrs at your home, right?
Not sure if this is a requirement, but did you also had a succesful date with him at the fair? Oh! You need at least 50 likes with him in order for him to visit you... I think that's all.
I do have 64 likes on him but I still didn't finish the fair which is the last thing and idk what do you mean by country road story anyway I will finish the fair then try a date with him and then see if he visits me also what do you mean by he's a top ? Do I need to be submissive and bottom or what ?
1 thing I think I remember is during the clash I had a choice to side with someone and I think I sided with barrel hopefully it doesn't matter not sure tho

If the fair is the last thing you need to finish then you haven't yet finished the 'Bareshade's Expansion' story. The fair is each Sunday, the first Sunday is a testdrive, the 2nd is the first actual event and from then on you can invite Logan to the fair if you visit him.
Then on the 3rd Sunday you are able to have a date with Logan if all goes well then you are able to watch fireworks with him, make sure to get 3 of all bombs for the firework show.
The 'Country Road' story is the story about creating a walkable path from Farmstead (Ste's home) to the Forest. (But I think you got that already?)
Oh you sided with Barrel? Hmmm I don't know for certain if that leaves an impact...
And lastly, Logan can be a bottom whore if you sent him to the Bandit's Camp (and let him get gangbanged by the them) ;)
