What android version do you have? And before you answer try to reboot your device.

There are problems with the latest versions, if you can't play it on PC, then sadly I don't have a solution for you. The only solution that helped some people is rebooting the phone.
yeah I've managed to download it on my phone now :) resetting my phone somehow freed up about 8gb of space probably in caches and useless data
