The story is actually quite interesting, albeit with a few plot-holes. For example, having to pin the blame on someone is hardly a solution; the motive for this is so Ms. Moore can have closure, but she herself stated that she was fine without closure. Say the principal doesn't take her word and is worried she might quit. She can privately tell her who ultimately did the graffiti, and thus no misunderstanding would occur.
Having the entire STUDENT COUNSEL disbanded feels a little extreme. Even without a president/VP a student counsel is still fully functional, and I doubt there would be some sort of rule stating "if the VP/P are absent the counsel is disbanded". But say that rule does exist. That doesn't mean Laura couldn't continue performing her duties; it's the job that she takes an interest in, not the title.
Having 1 class per day in college feels a little strange to say the least, so perhaps adding in some sort of schedule that alternates between English and Math could help, but on the other hand it can also confuse players who pay less attention to dialogue.
I feel like I haven't invested much time into knowing Liz, and she immediately likes the MC. It's kinda off-putting in a way because it makes her character feel a little unstable. Sophie feels a lot more excusable because she has more of an out-going demeanor, but with Liz I feel like things should be slower. Additionally, I think this game would benefit from a "no horni" option, where you refuse a sexual encounter.
I really love the math problems; if you can add an option to actually do the exam by hand that'd be AWESOME, like have it unlock some sort of easter egg.
This last part is definitely harder to fix, but imo the facial animations could do some work; I'm getting quite a bit of uncanny valley vibes if that makes any sense d:
