Next update is Mark day 8, after that will be Anders day 8, then Episode Anders. At one point it was planned for Episode Gil and Episode Parker to be after that before day 9 starts. Patreon is only up to Episode Anders, so patrons don't even have day 9 yet. So unfortunately you'll be waiting quite a while
