Your game is definitely getting better. It's a brilliant idea having to jump and fire at the same time and you really have to think about each shot you take. It's a very enjoyable game to play. My only suggestions to make it better is to improve the visuals and to lift the high score text up a little bit so it's not overlapping the game area.
