Incase you haven't found them. Honey Maker can be found on level 10, in the area below the mechanical gate.
And Ass-ass-in is located at top side of level 16.

Okay, so the honey maker is just a different name for the wasps, but what is the difference between head-hunter and assassin?
Head hunters are dark blue creature that floats in air and patrols like work. Assassin are gray humanoid creatures that shoots dart.
