I feel like I've got a bug here and it's been stuck since 13.1 or 2 or something. Hidden Voices refuses to do anything because I'm thinking about something or sommat, and I have no bloody idea what it's talking about.
Use Hidden Voices when someone else is talking. The power will read the mind of whoever is currently speaking, and you can't read your own mind ;)

You'd think I'd have noticed that in the actual spell list. Heh. I've played so much of this game I stopped paying attention apparently, sorry. :)
