It's my fault, I should have designed the glass part differently, the difficulty curve is far way too harsh, I should have given more hints to the player, in my sick brain all the mechanics are so obvious, but I am the only one who playtested the game, and now I see a lot of people who can't even pass this part despite the big glowing red button who tell a lot about the spirit of the game.
All I can tell is that the game is like a die and retry puzzler/point & click, the fact that you gained access to the level 2 doesn't mean you had trully completed the "level 1" properly.
