I got to a distance of 22 before a squiggly thing I was above went from the bottom of the road into the middle, making it completely impossible to avoid.

Please don't use fullscreen mode if you aren't going to give an in-game way to quit. Alt-f4 isn't a crutch.

Ctrl + Alt + Delete? JK How did you play the game? I was having problems during my upload getting it to play in the browser so I was testing some ways out like fullscreen. Now you have to download it, which should not launch in full screen.

Oh, I see. I just started it up again. and tried clicking the very bottom of the screen. I wasn't in fullscreen. It was in 1920x1080 resolution, which is the size of my monitor. This is the first time I've seen that happen without a visible window handle at the top.
