I think I found 2 bugs.
1. If you wait for too long to pick an item, eventually another item select menu will overlay on top of it and then you can pick from the new set. By doing this the player can bypass having to replace an item like armor with a version they didn't want.
2. On (maybe) the last stage, after a while enemies stopped showing up, waited 5 min and still nothing happened.
