I was thinking that it might be that when you start the player is just out of sight for a few seconds, if that is the problem then problem solved. However if that doesn't work then I will look into it. Thanks for giving it another chance.

Also, I highly recommend you play the game in full screen if you are not already doing that.

Yeah, my B. The player was just outside the window bounds Fullscreen helped. I'll keep testing but (and i did this intentionally) you can fall off the map on the left side once you first enter the city. Cool game i imagine you had to work very hard on it.

No problem, i had no intention of being rude and you don't have to put me in the credits lol this is a jam for fun! I find myself enjoying the animations a lot.
