I would debate that pill baggy is maybe c tier, not as in its good early, but that having an extra pill, it being percs or power pill, can be game changing in the later floors,
D is mostly good no matter when you get them but have an okay ability, having a 4th pill is good no matter when you're in the game but isn't good enough to be B
