A VN with bittersweet humor...I didn't expect that in the jam! An interesting choice and one that is still faithful to the cartridge. And entertaining.
I'm not sure if Unreal is the best engine for that type of game, Ren'Py might be a little bit more suitable and lightweight. But it's still a promising demo!
Oh, and during one of the songs a voice sample saying "I miss you" plays. Is that taken from Earthbound's Smiles and Tears?
