I can't take too much credit for the pathing of the people, I was mostly using Unity's NavMesh system, setting rules on the sidewalk vs roads so people don't walk around everywhere. And you're right, when a person spawns, a bunch of rolls are made for which accessories are enabled and random colours are assigned (within a specific colour palette). We do the same for the frog where it only has 3 of the 6 possible traits, so sometimes he's harder to spot if his skin doesn't end up green (we were concerned if he always had green skin it'd be too easy to spot him every time). I really appreciate the feedback though, I'm glad you enjoyed your time playing our game!
