Yes, the janken was the last thing I put in since I needed money generation, even though you are allowed to go into debt. It has the most spaghetti parts of code with copy-pasted hard-coded objects since I just wanted to finish off the project.
I started working on it January 2021, just casually working while watching streams ("research" as they call it).
Indeed, finding appropriate voice lines is hard since I had to scrounge through old clips. That's why it only goes up to JP Gen 5, since Gen 6 sort of came suddenly, and I still have all of EN and HoloStars if I wanted completeness.
