Have you talked to Tiana first? (If you can't, it means you need to unlock her in the contest hall first by beating the opponents before her and then bringing her 20 pizzas)

Once you talk to her about it, when you talk to the Don, an option to talk about the harbour will open up and then you can play Baccarat.

Well, I have already fought with one of the opponents(Eloise) before her, but I can continue fighting with her, also when I visit the House of Tiana and I want to enter to her room a message appear me saying that I get a bad feeling and maybe I could try later

So, in order:

Eloise > Julia (The girl who wants Slimeballs - she unlocks after she opens her shop) > Mindy (The girl who eats cake) > Esmerelda > Lady G > Mary (The girl who wants yogurts each day - Once she goes back to her house she'll be unlocked) > Arabel > Tiana

So you need to unlock a few more opponents first.

Wow, I did that a few minutes ago and it worked! Thanks for helping me with that (and my other question), I also got to the end part at this point in the game and it was pretty good, I hope you and all your team can finish the game and improve the game more than it already is =)
