Interesting, I read the thread but it is over my head.
I am trying this out on a different computer, the save works properly, but now for some reason Therese want's to auto-attack herself as if confused.
Maybe I will try to reinstall it.
Edit, upon a relaunch of the game, Therese has changed her ways. Now it is Marsha that want to fire attack the party

If you use the keyboard you need to carefully watch who the intended target is when setting up attacks or healing and such for that matter. You can get better results sometimes using the mouse to select the target so you don't accidentally attack a party member or heal an enemy. I used plugins for expanded controls and something is a bit off from what I expect and still haven't figured out fully what's going on although the good thing is it's reproducible. I just need to dig into someone else's code to see why it's not exactly what I want :)
I almost forgot also that the default behavior in the engine is that the mouse cursor determines the target if it's sitting on a valid target. SO if the mouse cursor is sitting on one of your party members then no matter what you tryto do with the keyboard they will get selected. I may remove the enhanced targeting as I don't see an easy way to use it and filter out so attacks only hit enemies and healing and such only hit friendlies. I'll have to do some updates to the help file anyhow and will add those hints in.
I have a couple days off work this week so may try to push another update out soon.
Well, I should know better.
I dig the tunes and the vibe. Now it is either my junk laptop or something more to be done. I get into the desert south of the fort and it all feels like Monday morning with a hangover, I go into lurchy gurchy land.
Still a fun game, thank you for putting this up here for me and others to play with.
I subscribed to you so I will be getting your updates as they become available.
