If you would like to repair your save, make sure you have saved your game in the player's bedroom on the previous version of the game. Then, when loading your save in the new version, click the blue disk icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
This must be done with each version, so for example: v0.01c > v0.02 > v0.025 each needs to be done.
