Great idea, great graphics and great music/sfx!
i found 3 problems for the game to be perfect:
- If the character was a little too off the border of a platform, the jump button stops to works (i think it is because the ground detection is a single centralized raycast. if so, maybe a collider or a boxcast would work better)
- I think that when we pause the player, a short animation before sending the player to the spawn point would be great.
- Restarting the whole level when we misplace a box is very frustrating. Maybe if we could ‘rewind’, removing the platforms in the inverse order we created then?
Overall, is one of the best entries i played so far!
