The tool is now working fine for me but I have another question.
The tool only downloads the videos from my library, the ones I have purchased?
Why can't I download any other?
This tool only allows you to place-shift titles that you have legitimately purchased, rented, or otherwise have a subscription to view. It does not allow you to download content that you did not pay for.
