Really loved this first level, got all the h-scenes and honestly, i want to try my hand at speedrunning this game once the full release comes around. sdj cancelling off lanterns and landcancelling a rising jH is extremely satisfying lol
a few issues i noticed, though:
- pausing during the alert during the liquidation sequence keeps the warning message overlaid over the pause menu
- using certain attacks(like j8L or jH) while falling to hit destructible platforms causes the player to be teleported out of bounds or something as the platform breaks, which is treated as falling into a death pit, sending me back to the nearest checkpoint
- the music does not play at certain points even when i am in combat, and i am unsure what the exact trigger is
the second one is honestly the most important one the others are mostly just "ah that's weird"
