For such a simple game your submission has a good amount of creativity and depth in it! The idea is fantastic, it's like the game has two phases: in the first one you destroy bullets to make the second phase, being the dodge phase, a lot easier. You'll just need to be fast so the red bullets don't catch you off guard! Such a nice and well working idea! Next, add some game feel and music along with SFX ;) and gameplay-wise, it would be nice to have some cue about the bullets when they are going to change, so you don't instadie so easily :D But a nice and well made entry, very cool!
