Well done, great jam entry game :).
Nice job with the different player sprites being the lives.
minor bug spotted on a few of the games, on a mac, the shift button doesn't seem to activate. The dash seemed to be enough for me, so not sure what extra the run would have given me to be fair.
Didn't know what to do early on, what the gem things were for, etc, but after a short while I figured it out and got into it.
Difficulty ramped up well, gave me something a little different and new each round, which was great.
