As a jazz saxophonist I approve. I really wanna know how you made the sax solo sound so good in a script!
Thanks! The solo uses a set of rules that prefer certain notes depending on the chords that the bass is playing. There's only a few of them - pick a chord tone if it's on the beat; play the quarter notes always, eight notes often, and triplets less often; prefer closer notes during triplet runs; stuff like that. You get phrasing automatically since you have to stop periodically to let your breath refill!
Honestly the script improvs better than when I try, haha. It's fun to see what we'll hear as intentional music :)
