What I liked:
- I could explore the while map no matter how steep the mountain. That was very cool, especially since the frog itself never clipped. Yes the map was open there at some points but nonetheless it did what it promised: It took me 5 minutes to explore it. Also water was no obstacle for the frog (of course). So having the freedom to explore everything was really nice. I was not even forced to jump on the platforms since i could just climb the whole mountain. I think that is a nice feature.
- Meeting the other frogs :). I just met 2. I wonder: Are there more? For me it seems like: My Frog has a cylinder. One Frog has a tie and one is a female frog. So: This is his wedding! She is his bride and the other one is his best man!
What can be imporoved:
- make the border of the map not passable so the player stays in a defined space but on the other hand keep the rest of the map completely explorable as it is and add a bit more vertices to the landscape so one cannot fall through it.
- Place some more interactable objects there that will tell the short story even more. In my case I imagined, this is about a wedding (cylindar, best man, bride). So place some objects there to further push that. Maybe a priest frog or a frog wedding cake and they all can tell a little story why the broom and the bride are departed.
- Adjust the texts of the frogs: "PlayerName ... PlayerName ?" and " PlayerName, you are back!" is a bit few and I wonder why they call me Player Name ^^. Just give your main frog a name too and let them talk to him a bit more. That would be cool.
