Why is the screen tiny? and I'd appreciate a full-screen mode.

Otherwise, I got 276 kills and 533 coins.

Please give me enough coins to buy something the first time I go to the shop. I was 1 coin short. Then everything got expensive when I got to the shop at the next level.
Give an option to leave the Shop early.
Upgrades came quite slow. I'd like to get more ties sooner and then fight more enemies.
Full-screen mode, please.
When moving over an item. Show text that says, "Press E to increase health by 1." (for example).
Mouse scroll zooms out.
I'm not sure what "Slow down" is for.

Thanks for playing! About the screen - Honestly I don't know. I've made it bigger.

I've made some changes on the coin and item drops, they should be better now;
Hold e if you want to skip shop early and use the mouse wheel to zoom in / out;
Full-screen was an option on the menu but now there's the button on the frame also;
Slow down makes you walk slower;
