I think there are some when first under slut mode and undressed, the cut scene and dialogue won't play differently after reloading the save and trying to play the game with clothing. And the boar can miss the attack to grab our hero when he is begging for it (which is hilarious).

Let's start with the last one. That is a bit silly, and something I forgot. Fix was a little convoluted, but they will now grab right away in slut mode (once the patch is released).
I'm not sure what you're saying for the first one. So if you hit slut mode, undress, save, and reload the save, dialog isn't appropriate? Which dialog? The reaction the mobs give when nude? I'll need more specifics on this.
So to clarify:
-Entering a fight with the normal 3 enemy boars after your first defeat triggers one-time dialog (but not any of the other mobs, as I assumed the player wouldn't be that far).
-Entering a fight nude in slut mode will trigger a one-time dialog for any of the mobs (and it's unique per mob). This only fires once though, so if you want to see the other mobs reactions you have to reload a save.
-There's no special dialog for clothed, in either slut or normal mode, though the boars will grab you after the first turn with a unique rotating set of remarks in slut mode.
Let me know if any of this doesn't match what you're seeing in the game.
