Fantastic prototype! My only comments are nitpicky polish, you have an extremely solid base!
I think it would be nice to have just a brief moment of smoothing/acceleration when starting or stopping movement instead of immediately starting at your top speed. I also think the weapon sway could be toned down during ADS (since it's supposed to stabilize the weapon and make aiming easier).
I noticed that if I was in ADS and jumped, it would momentarily move the weapon back to its normal resting position, then move it to the center of the screen again when I landed, and while I don't mind that in general, I think the transition could be more snappy so that during combat jumping doesn't put the player at too much of a disadvantage.
But I'm gonna say it again, this is extremely solid! Amazing work, I can't wait to see what comes next!
