The teasing scene is required before the marriage events can start. If the scene is flagged as done, but you don't have it yet, then something was broken before you started the marriage quest.
You can replace this map file in the www/date folder, to change the dialog for Vampire in the sleeping chambers, but I don't know if that will fix all issues you have, since the events were not meant to be played in that order.
