Ok I kinda won the game. Just have to go through the motions.

The combo I got is.

Berserkers club, hourglass and poison.

So I can apply 1 poison for 0 cost.

Hourglass reduces damage. So berserkers club does 0 damage to self.

And with a rag, to cleanse poison to self.

I can literally do as much poison as I am willing to grind. Just wish I have more poison on it, so that things goes faster.

I've stumbled across the same build but with vampirism and the regen gemstone.

If you use Vampirism + Regen and Rapier, it's infinite single turn scaling.

Just make sure you have Belt of Knives and Hourglass.
Vamp hits you but you heal it up = damage taking loop, every use you get +3 from belt of knives, and every damage you take is +7 for Rapier. To infinity and beyond

Thought of that too, but you have to have hourglass so rapier damage would be lowered. It would work better with belt of knives and a summoning weapon, like ethereal blade or ethereal shiv. Also thought of using guarding band to have infinite haste and red hoodie for max health.
