If you use Vampirism + Regen and Rapier, it's infinite single turn scaling.
Just make sure you have Belt of Knives and Hourglass. Vamp hits you but you heal it up = damage taking loop, every use you get +3 from belt of knives, and every damage you take is +7 for Rapier. To infinity and beyond
Thought of that too, but you have to have hourglass so rapier damage would be lowered. It would work better with belt of knives and a summoning weapon, like ethereal blade or ethereal shiv. Also thought of using guarding band to have infinite haste and red hoodie for max health.
