No. I've explained it many times before: Patreon is getting tougher and tougher on creators working on H/porn content. It's only a matter of time before they ban children from appearing ingame if the game is +18. So I'd rather invest my time and effort in things that I won't be forced to remove over time.
Maria also explains why you can't see them, you just have to talk to her in the Refuge.
Because Patreon makes it much easier for me to manage my earnings + people tend to prefer Patreon for pledging + I can't use other platforms to create content against Patreon's rules (and I don't plan to move from there). Do some devs do the latter? It's a gamble because if Patreon finds out they might get banned from their platform.
