worked just fine for my brother to download (He is a professional programmer)
Usually, if you want to run a Unity game, then you need to enable the exe in the folder with all the materials. If you try to open an exe without a folder, it will not start :(
Maybe you should try reloading the build?
i fixed it by uploading the .zip
